TTNinja is a platform that lets you automate replies to comments and direct messages (DMs) on your TikTok account, using rules and keywords you define.

TTNinja is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a registered trademark of TikTok Ltd.

To use TTNinja, you connect your TikTok account through TikTok's official Login Kit and explicitly authorize the requested permissions. TTNinja accesses your account only through the official TikTok for Developers APIs — we never ask for your TikTok password and we do not use bots, scraping or any unauthorized methods.

TTNinja only performs actions you configured and enabled: replying to comments and sending direct messages with the texts you defined, on your own account.

When using TTNinja you must also comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time in the TTNinja dashboard or in TikTok settings; how we handle and delete this data is described in our Privacy Policy.

If TikTok changes, limits or ends access to its APIs, some TTNinja features may become unavailable.

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or an authorized administrator of the TikTok account connected to TTNinja.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to use TTNinja only for lawful purposes and in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You may not use the service to send spam, misleading, illegal or offensive content, to infringe third-party rights, or to fraudulently manipulate metrics.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account, without refund.

Automated messages sent through TTNinja are entirely your responsibility. You define the triggers, the copy and the recipients.

Using automation on third-party platforms carries risks, including possible restrictions TikTok may apply to your account. By using TTNinja, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Some TTNinja features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods and conditions are shown at checkout.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. No pro-rata refunds, except where required by law.

TTNinja, including its software, brand and content, is protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor specific growth, engagement or sales results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TTNinja shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or restrictions applied by TikTok to your account arising from the use of automation.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
